Mt Seymour, North Vancouver
Our story began on September 10th, 2017 at a Vancouver Canucks exhibition game. Since our first date we’ve enjoyed exploring the city together and many a delicious beer. In 2018 we decided to share an apartment and soon after that traveled half way across the world in search of pizza. We can’t wait to tie the knot and continue our journey through life together.

She said "Yes"
It was a hot June day in Paris when we arrived at the Eiffel Tower. I was pretty sure I was going to get busted going through the metal detector with a ring in my pocket but luckily everything turned out ok. Connie doesn’t like heights so after prying her hands from my arm we exited the elevator and admired the view 276 meters above Paris. After a few laps around the observation deck I finally worked up the courage to get down on one knee and pop the question. It was a surprising moment for all involved, even the photobombing onlookers. She said yes and we celebrated by spending the rest of the day enjoying the City of Light.

We are getting married
Join us as we celebrate our love. We’re excited to share our special day with you as we start this next chapter of our lives together.
“Why buy the cow? Maybe because every day the cow asks you when you’re going to buy it. And you live in a really small apartment with the cow and you can’t avoid that question at all. Also, the cow is way better at arguing than you are … But for real, why buy the cow? Let’s be real. Why buy the cow? Because you love her. You really do.” –John Mullaney
We will be getting married at Mt Seymour Resort on the top or the Mystery Chair at 4pm. You will need to ride a chairlift to get to the ceremony site. Please let us know if this is an issue.
The reception will be held in the Rock Chute Bar and Grill following the ceremony. Appetizers and dinner will be served. There will be a cash bar with a DJ and dancing so come prepared to boogie down!
A shuttle will be departing the Holiday Inn parking lot at 2:30pm. Return buses will leave the Rock Chute Bar and Grill at 11:30pm and 12:30am.
Please let us know if you will be using this service in the RSVP.
Those taking the shuttle can leave their cars in the parking lot of the hotel overnight.
We’ve blocked off rooms at the Holiday Inn. To make a reservation, please contact the hotel directly at 604-985-3111 or toll free 1-877-985-3111. The reservation is under Connie. www.hinorthvancouver.com.
Accommodations can also be booked through AirB&B.
Dress code is “dressy casual”. The ceremony will take place on top of the mountain. Flat shoes, sandals or wedges are recommended due to uneven ground. Stiletto heels are not recommended for the terrain.
The weather on top of the mountain can be unpredictable. We suggest bringing a light sweater or jacket in the event of cooler temperatures. Sunscreen is also recommended.
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

We hope that you’ll be able to join us for our wedding.
